FAQ

FAQ – The Lowdown (AKA: Stuff You Keep Asking Us)

🍻 Ordering & Shipping

Q: How fast do you ship?
A: Fast enough to save your party, slow enough to still obey physics. Most orders ship in 1–2 business days.

Q: Do you have express shipping?
A: Yep. If your party is tomorrow and you’ve procrastinated your whole life, we’ve got you.

Q: How do I track my order?
A: We send you a tracking link. You click it. Then you refresh it every 6 minutes like it’s your ex’s Instagram.

Q: My package says “delivered,” but it’s nowhere.
A: Check your porch, mailbox, neighbors, that one roommate who steals everything… Still missing? Hit us up and we’ll help.

🎉 Products & Quality

Q: Are your beer bongs durable?
A: These things are built like mini party tanks. If your beer bong breaks before your hangover hits, we’re impressed.

Q: Are the materials safe?
A: Yup—food-grade, safe, high-quality. Feel free to funnel water, beer, kombucha, or your hopes and dreams.

Q: Where are your products made?
A: Most of our products are proudly made right here in the USA — unlike a lot of our competitors who rely on cheaper imports.
We keep quality high, shipping fast, and standards higher.

Q: Do you sell replacement parts?
A: Yes. Funnels, tubes, valves—basically everything except the liver you’ll eventually need.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

Q: What’s your return policy?
A: Unused + unopened items can be returned within 30 days. If you used it… keep it (we don’t want your party juice).

Q: My item arrived damaged. What now?
A: Send us a pic so we can yell at the shipping gods and ship you a new one ASAP.

💳 Payments

Q: What payment methods do you take?
A: Credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Basically everything except Monopoly money.

Q: Is your checkout secure?
A: Very. We protect your info like it’s the last beer in the fridge.

🍺 Party Prep & Safety

Q: Do I have to drink alcohol with your beer bongs?
A: Nope. Funnel water, juice, soda, cold brew — it all works. Hydration funnels are a real thing.

Q: Any safety tips?
A:

• Know your limits

• Don’t mix tequila with life decisions

• Never hand the valve to your most reckless friend

• Drink responsibly

• Never drink and drive — ever
We love a good time, not a dangerous one.
