A: We send you a tracking link. You click it. Then you refresh it every 6 minutes like it’s your ex’s Instagram.
Q: My package says “delivered,” but it’s nowhere.
A: Check your porch, mailbox, neighbors, that one roommate who steals everything… Still missing? Hit us up and we’ll help.

A: Most of our products are proudly made right here in the USA — unlike a lot of our competitors who rely on cheaper imports.

Q: What’s your return policy?
A: Unused + unopened items can be returned within 30 days. If you used it… keep it (we don’t want your party juice).
Q: My item arrived damaged. What now?
A: Send us a pic so we can yell at the shipping gods and ship you a new one ASAP.
