🛍️ Returns

Items must be new, unused, and returned in the original packaging with all tags included.

We do not accept returns on used items (including any items that show signs of wear, dirt, smells, pet hair, etc.).

Once received and inspected (within 24 hours), your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Wire transfer refunds will be issued as store credit.
Note: You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
🚚 Return Shipping Options
For U.S. customers (contiguous 48 states):

Print a pre-paid UPS label for a $9.99 fee (deducted from your refund).
Or use your own carrier:

Choose any carrier you prefer—we recommend using one with tracking & insurance.

All shipments must be prepaid. We do not accept COD packages.
🚫 Refused, undelivered, or abandoned packages will incur a $10 service fee.
🔁 Exchanges
Need a different item?

Process your return as usual.

Then place a new order for the replacement item to ensure availability.
⚠️ You’re still responsible for the return shipping on your original item.
🚫 Used or Damaged Items
We cannot accept returns on any item that has been:

Used, partied with, worn, or shows signs of wear.

Damaged, dirty, or altered in any way.
Tip: Try reselling used gear on Craigslist, eBay, or online forums.
🌍 International Returns

Mark the return as a “Merchandise Return” to avoid brokerage fees.

You are responsible for any customs or brokerage charges.

COD or fee-assessed packages will be refused.
❌ Cancellations & Order Changes

Orders can only be modified or canceled while marked “Order Received.”

Once marked “Order Processed,” your order is being packed and can’t be changed.
